When I saw this blog, I felt the same thing too! I once studied accounting before and I could never balance my amount. The pullback of human labor is that they easily make mistakes. Creating this accounting program might need a lot of resources. From cost to professionals. As a professional programmer plus a accountant is really hard to find. I have to admit this is a great idea. I believe there are people who will be interested in this idea and would like to use it in the future!

This is really interesting! I think this is suitable for everyone especially people who lives on their own. It makes lives easier and saves time for people when they are always busy. The only drawback I can think of is the costs and time to develop this product. But technologies nowadays is more than capable to invent this new idea. When this idea is implemented, I am confident that a lot of people will use it because of its convenience.
To conclude my idea of this dessert pizza, I think that its workable. With the help of technologies, it could even prosper the growth of the idea and better serve it out to consumers. Implementing new technologies that were developed to ease the transaction helps a lot, for example the Google wallet which enhance the speed of payment. Security is also a major issue while information nowadays are all being saved in the internet cloud. Learning more how to protect information is crucial, it helps your business and protects you. Utilizing the social media is a factor of success. It is a trend that people now uses Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc... With a large population using the social media, it is a way to introduce an immature product. Reaching different kinds of people can further push the product to success. To know whether it is profitable, we need to implement the idea. It is still not sure right now because the consumer needs to adopt the new idea, and we need to wait for the product to get popular. All in all, advertising the dessert product is also a way of going. Some people might like it some people might not. But we will never know unless we try to put words into action!

week 7- Database
Database is every where and we use it every day. Once we switch on our computer, everything are database. Database are where we store out information and which information is ubiquitous. Therefore database mostly contains a huge amount of information where we need to categorize and arrange them.
Data are usually organized in documents so things could be separated and distinguished in different categories. It is a way to organize information and to find it easier. It makes things convenient and safe. You can find your documents safe if you set a password on it so that only you can read the files or overwrite the files. You can also control the access of the information if you would only want people to read it rather than overwrite it.
Restricting other people from writing it is a good way to go by it. In my idea, if I would want people to view it, I can set it into the mode that only I could write the files while others can only view it. Database is also the place where you store tons of information. If I am working in the dessert industry, there are a lot of things to save. For example, new recipes, bills, receipts, customer feed backs, surveys, complaints, accounting balance, etc... Some of them are confidential and they are all stored in a database, so if I find it useful and would want to use them again, it is going to be easy to find it out when they are organized in a good way.

week 6 - Networking
Nowadays, networking is essential in every aspects of our lives. In the world of technologies, you can fully utilize the resources on internet. Networking became important because it could connect you with other people from different parts of the world. It doesn't matter if you know them or you don't, networking is about knowing about more people.
There are a lot of benefits if you have a good network. First of all, you know many different people. It's always a good thing to know more people, even though you might not know them in person, there is always a way to get advantage from that. For instance, relating to my idea, a good networking can facilitate the growth of your business. You can advertise through using your networking skill. The more people you know, the more knows about your idea, the more eager you can find investor.
Networking is a main criteria to determine whether a business is successful or not. There are now courses offered in business schools just only about networking, it reflects how important it is in a business aspect. To me, I think it is important to every criteria in life to know more people. It even helps more if your networking is great. A lot of people were successful because they have a strong network. Once a stable network is developed, you can use it in all kinds of mean. If you utilize it, you business will become successful. I feel that networking is getting important as time goes by. Week 5- Professional Blogger

I found this blog when I typed in dessert pizza in Google. It was a blog that was created by Erin Jackson. She is food writer and a photographer who likes to discover tasty and cheap eats in San Diego, she also loves desserts.
The title of the blog was bacon dessert pizza. The dessert that she tried was called chocolate pig and sweet Pete. She described the dessert pizza as strangely delicious. The pizza was composed by a thin crust pie topped with chocolate syrup, strawberry slices, chocolate shave, and bacon. She mentioned that she hesitated when she order it, thinking if salty bacon could combine with sweet chocolate paste. Then she said that it was a brilliant idea. The flavor merged together without and problems and made the pizza even better than the normal ones. She also encouraged people to try it if they want a fresh new flavor in the pizza category.
When I first saw the title that popped out in the results of dessert pizza, I was a bit confused about it. Bacon with sweets? Doesn't sound appealing to me at the first place. So I even want to see what is it all about. After looking through the blog, it gave me a lot of ideas. I actually wanted to try it and wanted to create more kinds of flavor. The idea was fresh and innovative. Although it might seemed it wont work, but you have to try it in order to know it. If I get the chance to create my own dessert pizza, I will not hesitate trying new "weird" flavors.

Week 4-Input Output
Last week, we talked about the input and output. We also touched on many technologies for example the Google wallet, radio frequency identification (RFID), voice recognition, etc... These technologies help us to facilitate our daily lives. In the text book, I found out other than the technologies we talked in class, there are many more devices that can help us a lot too. For example like the printers, interactive whiteboards, monitors, etc... These are devices that we always use, without the help of those devices, it makes things very hard to complete.
The technologies that I found interesting is the Google wallet and the "Starbucks phone pay" application. It was my first time to get to know the Google wallet. It is really a great application, and I also found it very useful. Cash is not popular nowadays, people tend to bring less cash but a credit card. So what if we don't need to bring a credit card too? We directly install our credit card into our phone which is an essential device in our daily lives. We don't even need to bring our wallet out. It is safe to use too, which you need to enter a PIN in order to use it. So if someone else stole your phone or you lost it yourself, you still would not need to worry about it. The only pullback of this application is that it only supports MasterCard. While this technology continue to develop and being accepted by people, hopefully most major credit company will cooperate with Google Wallet.
Merging this technology with my idea, it can be used in any kind of retail business. If I were going to set up a shop or restaurant for this dessert pizza, I will certainly use this technology. It is easy for customers and it makes it easy for us too. Even though this technology wasn't wildly used, I think that it is a great idea to develop. I will also use what Starbucks is doing today. It is easy, simply use the technology of bar code. Customer simply buys a gift card from Starbucks and install a application from your phone (which is free), then while you pay, just give the staff your phone and she will scan the bar code, in this case you would not need to use any cash. You can store money in your card too, and you also receives benefits. For example Starbucks is going to donate part of your drink price to charity which encourages people to use this technology. I found it very useful, and I am sure that if I have the chance to set up a store, I will definitely use it.
